It’s been a while since we last emailed (and a lot has happened to our lives since we undertook that last consultation!) but just a note to advise you of the release of the Lichfield District Local Plan 2040 – draft submission

The Draft Local Plan due to be debated tomorrow (9^th Feb) by Cabinet:

Key points Shenstone –

• Total Committed Supply – 55 dwellings

• Infill development and the re-use of brownfield land will be prioritised provided that this does not result in a loss of services and facilities which contribute to the function of the settlement as a larger service village.

• Allocation for S1 – Lynn Lane, 50 dwellings (of the 55 Total Committed Supply)
